Unleash Your 21 - The Body Project
The objective: The primary objective of this challenge is to jump-start your fitness journey effectively while guiding you to your attainable goals before the summer season officially begins. This opportunity is designed for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level—whether you are a NOVICE, INTERMEDIATE, or ADVANCED individual. This program will empower you to initiate and maintain your fitness journey even after the initial 21-day challenge concludes.
The goal is to equip you with the confidence to dominate the gym space, no matter what your fitness level is, the specific goals you are striving to achieve, or whether you have a trainer guiding you. This program will help you gain the self-assurance you need to keep pushing forward. After completing these 21 days, you will become truly unstoppable!
Clientele will be separated into three distinct groups based on their fitness goals:
Weight Loss: Clients who aim to lose a specific amount of weight during this challenge.
Weight Gain: Clients who seek to gain a certain amount of weight during this challenge.
Weight Maintenance: Clients who wish to maintain their overall weight while focusing on strengthening particular areas.
Additionally, clientele will be categorized based on their training experience:
Novice: Individuals who have been training for less than 6 months.
Beginner: Individuals who have been training for more than 6 months but less than 2 years.
Intermediate: Individuals with 2 to 5 years of training experience.
Advanced: Individuals with 5 years or more of training experience.
This structured approach will help tailor the program to meet the varying needs and experiences of each client group.
Participants can expect a comprehensive fitness challenge to enhance strength, endurance, and overall wellness.
During the month of June, we will be offering a free boot camp class every Saturday as part of our challenge. These optional workouts will be called “Overdrive Sessions” and are designed for those who wish to fit in an extra workout. Participants can choose between attending the boot camp classes hosted every other Saturday or engaging in the additional workout provided. It’s entirely up to you to decide what fits best into your schedule and fitness goals.
Each participant will also receive weekly check-ins from Coach Jas, who will provide personalized guidance and support tailored to individual goals. Additionally, a group chat will be accessible through the app, allowing all participants to connect, share experiences, and motivate one another.
Workouts will be delivered daily through the app, ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to stay on track. There will be categories for winners based on levels of experience—Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced—as well as subcategories focusing on specific goals such as Weight Loss, Weight Maintenance, and Weight Gain.
To recognize achievements, winners from each category will receive certifications upon the completion of the challenge. Furthermore, all participants will have the chance to win prizes, including:
