Monthly Holistic Challenges

 

How does this work?

Trainees will have full access to a bundle of different challenges regarding their health. Although we focus a lot of our time on the fitness side of things, we also care about other healthy lifestyle habits that will promote an overall better day to day way of living. Clients will have access to a combination of weekly fitness challenges & monthly holistic challenges for a designated time period. Enjoy these challenges by taking our health survey and using a special code to get access for a specific amount of time at a low cost!

A while ago i was taught you must work IN before you work OUT. Training, just like any sport in the world is 90% mental 10% mental. At PIT the crew focuses not only on your physical training but making sure you are on the right track mentally. I’ve improved since joining the PIT team they really put a lot of attention to detail in their work and not only that they are also great people who you can & will probably have as lifelong friends. I’m grateful to be able to work with such good people who not only care about their work & craft but also me as a human being.”
