Weight Loss Development 

Trainees will have the opportunity to focus on establishing an achievable balance of incorporating fat burning exercises to help promote an increase in metabolism. With a weight loss program a lot of the trainees focus will be spent on keeping their bodies at a caloric deficit regimen, while still getting the proper nutrients in their diet to help complement their workouts.

Weight Gain Development

Opposite of the weight loss development. Trainees will have the opportunity to focus on keeping their bodies at a caloric surplus rather than deficit. Trainees will be introduced to different strength and power exercises to help promote neuromuscular genesis. (Muscle growth); as it is known that muscle weighs more than fat. Depending on clients genetic make up, body type, and lifestyle, an individual might need to add on both muscle and healthy fat weight.
