Mass Building
Diet and Exercise emphasis: Trainees will have the opportunity to develop and grow mass by working with gradually increasing levels of force production through loaded weight. High levels of weight training will result in decreased time spent on aerobic activity. The concepts of overloading certain muscular systems will come into play as well to enhance muscular nucleogenesis.
Lean Muscle Mass
Trainees will have the opportunity to develop lean muscle mass by incorporating a balanced training regimen of aerobic, hypertrophy, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, and Amrap intervals to help grow lean muscle. Executing compound movements will also be used in this program. Implementing a balanced diet of carbs, protein, fiber, and healthy fats is also conducive to building and sustaining lean muscle mass.
